About The Candy Garden

The Candy Garden was born in May 2023 as an addition to Gallagher's Green Acres family farm. What started out as purchasing a freeze dry machine to preserve foods from our 1100 sf garden has become a fun thriving candy business. After seeing so many people putting candy in their machine we decided to give it a try. The results led us down a rabbit hole of experimentation with what else we could use the machine for. After finding out how amazing the candy turned out we felt that keeping it only for ourselves would be selfish. It is SO DELICIOUS!

We operate out of our home with Cottage Food Licensing from the State of Kentucky. All food handling guidelines are practiced to ensure you receive quality products from us. Currently we only sell in the state of Kentucky with delivery and pick-up. As our business grows we are planning to build a commercial kitchen here on our farm to be able to expand our product line and sell throughout the United States.
